Despatch and Delivery

The majority of orders will be despatched within 7 – 10 working days. If you need any items for a specific date please note this on the comments section at checkout.

If there is a known delay with your order we will contact you but please contact us by E-Mail or call us if your order has not been received within 14 days of placing your order.

It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure the payment of any local taxes and duties that may be in force at the time of purchase.

Returns

Orders have a 28 day money-back guarantee, subject to their return in original packaging and in good condition; items damaged during shipment should be returned within 7 days.

Before any goods are returned please contact us, preferably by email, or by fax or phone for a Returns Number quoting your invoice number. We will reply by return. If goods are faulty or damaged upon delivery please return them for a full credit including postage and packing costs you have incurred. If you wish to return non-faulty goods you should do so within 7 days of receipt. The goods and any packaging should be in an undamaged condition and a full credit will be given (not including postage and packing costs involved in the order).
